That is from AdBrite, you can't remove it. But you can chaneg it in your adzone preferences to something else.
It is displayed by adbrite.Dont worry the ads will start showing up after sometime.Or you are not able to see the ads coz you are in a country to which advertisers dont want to visit.Most of the advertisers want US & UK people.
Its because no advertisers have decided to advertise on your site, so give it some time and that should get sorted.
Make sure you placed couple of keywords on the ad zone you have created with AdBrite. The more keywords you have the more ads you have on your site.
Here you go https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal Select the second option "Website content" and then enter your site address and you will get your site keywords.
I think you mean to say he did not turn the automatically approve the ads. Yeah that might be the reason as well. Nice catch darksniper404
