Pay Pal Question Please

    Guys i am from Pakistan where Paypal services are not available.

    I want to know if i creat a account as American or India. Can i accept and transfer payment through unverified paypal account?

    and is there any excess charges to transact through unverified account?

    hey ...
    don't make one as usa ....cuz you will need a bank account to verify it

    at unverified account you can receive money ..but can't send money or buy

    you can make Indian account and verify it with Vcc

    You can't do it. You need to be in the US and have a bank account in order to open up an account with PayPal.

    Dude if you will make an account with other country address then you will not be able to withdraw money in your bank account and more over if your account got limited due to any reason and PayPal asked you for any documents then you will not be able to provide that also.

    Don't try to violate paypal TOS by creating Indian or U.S account.
    Your account will get limited soon.
    You can't cheat paypal they are more smart than you buddy!

    No need to open paypal account if you are from country which not supported by paypal IMO.

    Better you open Moneybookers account or any other payment processor if you want to go long.
