    Is the Title the link text? In other words, should I put a whole sentence-like title there, or just my keyword phrase? Will the whole thing be linked back to me?

    Yes, title is the link text. you should put your keywords in title. Yes, the title as a whole will link to you.

    Hi guys PR 6 directories sound good, but how many actually add the link?

    If the chances of getting accepted as a free link is 10% its quite different then a 95% acceptance rate...
