well website is cool but

1. Its not having any PR
2. The content is not unique.
3. The site is full of affiliates which makes it tough to come on top of SERP

Asking 200+ cost for this kind of blog is very high as of i think.Well i would like to offer you $70(which is not fixed) for this if you want to sell it we can negotiate more on price.As i can increase price if you show me some more detailed screen shots of traffic sources and earning sources.

The site gets some good traffic through search engines
All the product descriptions were written by me with taking some bits from the developer sites
I have worked for some time on this site and so I cannot take up just $70

$175 would be my final amount, and if no one interested in that rate, better I will keep it myself.
