Usually I hate these kinds of threads, but overnight and through the course of the day my site has gone from PR0 (PR1 with /index.html) to a whopping PR6 .... WTF is going on .... I ran it through some PR checkers though and they can't give any kind of result .... admittedly it's not that good and has very little links to it .... and I only started a blog on the site 5 days ago. The domain is reasonably old though .... Anyone care to enlighten me ?
Watch the PR of your site for the days to come and hope it won't go back to the place from where it started.
Your page has no PR. It was probably just ghost PR from when you viewed a PR 6 site right before you viewed your own site
The search status bar in FF shows your site to be unranked! I wonder...where you got the reading of PR6! Regards, RightMan
Mmmm weird .... I am still seeing it, I have closed it and opened it again, turned off laptop and went back and it's still there .... I am not carrying it to other sites or anything .... just on my index. Looks good on my end .... thanks everyone for checking .... there goes my boner LoL.

Very often on my sites i suddenly think ive got a pr 4, 5 or 6. i refresh or refresh a couple of times and its back to what it was, your currently showing a grey bar and with index.html pr1.
Yeah in the hope that they will click my non existent ad's and view my even cheesier site .... I wish I could show you it .... I feel like a bit of a dick really .... Yeah I have been .... it just wont leave me alone .... seems I am being stalked by the sucker ....
there's nothing like PR-6 on any of your site. So may be you have used a false form to check your Page Rank
