Kontera is going downhill for sure. It was a nice supplement income to adsense but it was insulting to only receive $25 from 60k pageviews for quality traffic, so I dropped them after that.

I have to agree with you on this, because Knotera actually sucks now. Before they were much better and now they suck pretty bad.

nice blog there......i used Kontera before & the amount i get really sucks, hence when i found out about infolink, i immediately try it out, as i got nothing to lose when i dumped kontera. when infolink started i immediately saw a 3fold jump in revenue......see how suck kontera is....?

I'm guessing Kontera is going downhill because they declined my blog and then contacted me out of the blue six months later and said my blog was going to be allowed in thanks to a 'personal invite'.

I make nothing from them (about $0.03 a month if I'm lucky) and despite me never clicking on the links it seems that every click is counted as invalid. :(

I might look at Info Links for the start of next month.

Info Links seems to perform better than Kontera, but they are decreasing their rates as well.

$0.03 seems to be pretty bad compared to AdSense.

Infolinks is still performing well for me.

ContextWeb is launching In-Text Ads for ADSDAQ publishers this April. They will allow you to specify the CPC askprice for all in-text ads served to your account.

I have an account with ADSDAQ but for some weird reason my computer refuses to let me access it. I've tried in Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari and Netscape. [IMG]

Try clearing your browser cookies, that should let you in to your AdsDaq account. Hope it works for you.

    Kontera is already downhill.

    Kontera managment got so GREEDY.

paying as low as less than 0.01$ per click !! even some clicks are less than a penny !!!!!! lol .

they thought they are the only one in the market and they can control publishers and can pay them the lowes rates.

publishers want to make money with their websites, its very simple, publishers always go with the best for them, and with the one who pays the better.

Kontera made the most stupid decision, they gave up on small publishers with their 5$ policies. i mean : this is so ridiculous to tell publishers "if you make less than 5$, we will take your money, we not going to pay you."

and even more ridiculous : to force publishers to keep sending them traffic or (NO MONEY), if you decide to take off kontera ads from your site, you need to tell them 30 days before, or KONTERA not going to pay you.

oh come on Kontera, don't wonder why publishers don't want to use you.

ADSDAQ is good, but they pay only for your US traffic. and WHEN they starts to accept rest of the world traffic i will gladly start using them.

From my experience, nothing can compare to AdSense. But if we can add in-text advertising revenue in addition to our current AdSense revenue, that's money for nothing. :)
(Of course, not talking about Kontera's but more about Infolink's)
