Well you could try contacting the support, which isn't really helpful tough as AdSense continuously decreased the service they offer. There is no chance to get unbanned if you are on a small site. You will have to look for alternatives.
Another time i realize that i shouldnt do all things by myself and look for specialist consultation. Review was really helpfull i tried out a few tips immediately and my ctr tripled and cpm is at least twice bigger now. Thank you very much.

I'm not satisfied at this service. I feel as though I was short changed. I understand it's a free review, but you all basically just shoved my site to the side and gave me a general review that had nothing to do with my site. If you are going to offer something for free, you should treat people as if they've paid you. I was very prospective about this and was going to look into becoming a customer. I got this general response in an email that has nothing to to do with my website specifically. The video even mentions they didn't have enough time to break down each and every site that they were asked to review. Very unprofessional.
A general review? Where is that general? We went into detail, told you which colors you should use for the ads, where you should move the ads to. We told you to change the text color on your blog to black (because it's hard to read plus black AdSense texts usually perform better). Please be more specific, as this review was obviously not general. Please let us know what exactly you think was general, just saying it was general isn't really constructive. As for the email, the email served solely purpose to send you the link to the video as we are doing video reviews.
That was not even my website. You said in the video that you didn't have time to address websites individually. My website is colormagix, not whatever tech blog that was.
