Best Video maker/creator software that you use ?

    Which is the best video maker software in your opinion .I am starting on a project where i will be required to make plenty of videos
    can anyone suggest me a good software for this ?

    May be the costliest one :)

    I use sony vegas, haven't made anything in it but i've done a lot of editing and watermarking and it works pretty good. The only problem with is really is that it's tough to import certain formats and i have to convert them to something else before they'll work.

    Sony purchased Vegas Video a couple years ago. Then they came out with a dumbed down consumer version. It's not bad. I have it but haven't used it much in the past couple of years. It's pretty easy to learn. The newer version is probably better.

    sony vegas is good but has a steep learning curve. I recommend camtasia for ease of use

    It depends what type of viseos you are talking about. For making software or online tutorials of screen shots, you need Camtasia or similar. For making feature length video, Final Cut Pro or Premier Pro are a must. For shorter videos with minimum editing requirements, iMovie or Windows Movie Maker will suffice.

    Windows Movie Maker does fine for average videos.

    Corel Video Studio is sweet to mate.
