Indian Paypal account limited-Reward for helping me

Hi friends,

My paypal account was limited few weeks back.They asked me to complete the steps in the resolution center but I can't see any instructions there.I have verified my account using VCC.Please help me.I will give a good reward if anyone can assist me to solve my problem.Please PM me if you are ready.

 

Could you please post some images on any image hosting site and paste the links in here. The images should be of the resolution screen. That will be helpful in (hopefully) resolving your problem. The documents I have are

1.My Engineering Certificate
2.Bank account details
3.Identity card from India Government

I don't have driving license or passport

 

Try clicking on the button to enable `show' all open cases. I'm sure the email that paypal sends you contains a case number.

I tried that but got "No open cases". searched my case ID and got this response

"You do not have any cases that match the case ID you entered"

What should I do?

I contacted them several times but always got the same automated reply.

 

why don't you call PayPal and tell your story, i know they will surely help you out.

Their Chennai office is not at all in this deal and they will not be able to help you out. Just search this forum for the terms `paypal phone skype' and you should find post(s) with one of their phone numbers that is accessible via skype. You can use skype to call that number free of charge. If this post has been helpful, a reputation point would help.

I have contacted paypal via skype.They told me that my account is limited permanently and they can do nothing.They are not ready to provide any exact reason why this happened.The only way is to withdraw fund after 180 days.
