Fat loss 4 idiots banners

Anybody promoting the Fatloss4idiots program?

They have some affiliate banners to use, but under the TOS it says the graphics may only be used to promote the Fatloss4idiots program. Does this mean that only their links can be on the page if you use the banners?

I would email them to clarify, but there's no contact info.

Here's the TOS:

By using any of the below banners all affiliates are agreeing to the below terms:

1) These banners may only be used to promote FatLoss4Idiots.com via a ClickBank affiliate hoplink, and no other products may be promoted with these banners.

2) Only affiliates who are registered with ClickBank may use these banners -- and each banner must be used to direct visitors to your ClickBank hoplink which promotes FatLoss4Idiots.com

3) FatLoss4Idiots.com will always maintain full ownership of these banners and graphics (affiliates are merely being granted a license to use these banners).

4) These banners may not be modified to promote other products -- and all affiliates who download/use these banners are agreeing that they won't modify these banners to promote other products. Also, all affiliates who download/use these banners are agreeing that they won't attempt to extract smaller "portions" of these banners for promoting other products.

5) FatLoss4Idiots.com created each of these banners and maintains the original PSD source files as proof.......and therefore FatLoss4Idiots.com reserves the right to terminate the license rights of anybody who does not use these banners in the manner agreed to in these terms.

(These terms are just legal necessities -- to prevent any future misunderstandings)

 

If just means that you cannot change or modify the image to be used for another product.

It also means that you cannot use these images as links to another product (don't wrap an a tag to another product around these images).

But yes, you can promote other products on the same page.

Yeah that's what I originally assumed, but I have a bunch of other competing products and I was using one of their header images as the header for the site and it's a Wordpress blog and I have no idea how to link it to their site. I'd feel better if there was someway I could contact them just to be sure.

where do you get access to see th banners for this program?

 

I think in the case of promoting competing products on the same page the only way they would allow you use their banner was if Fat loss 4 idiots was your top rated/recommended product.
