GoDaddy Problem

Hi, GODaddy assholes suspended my hackspc.com domain name because of spam/I don't know content.

I'm 100% not guilty, that was just typical blog about computer tips and tutorials. I really don't know why they have suspended my account ... but that's not the point I'm writing this topic.

I was interested if anyone can explain me 2 things:

    1. Why when I access my site, I still can see Wordpress theme but all the content(posts) disapeared. I cannot login to my WP account also.

    2. I'm interested why GoDaddy has any influence with my site content, isn't this hosting issue ( I'm hosted at MidPhase, not Godaddy by the way ... )? Why content dissapeared, while theme and homepage links are still on the site? If site was suspended, why it's still "partially" online?

    site is http://hackspc.com/

Also, I feel the urge to say that GoDaddy are thieves, and what they are doing is not legal. Who controls their business, how they are free to act like this? At least say the reason for **** sake!

    Anyone can help me?

Just give them a call on their customer service line; if you're truly not in the wrong they'll do everything they can to help you.

That domain name itself seems a little suspicious, but as the above posted, contact them. If you are not guilty, they should reverse their unfortunate decision.

Sounds like your site was hacked or hijacked.
Godaddy or your web host provider cannot change your wp-admin password. Your site is not in DNS anymore so Godaddy is responsible for that.

If you were accused of spamming, it is possible that you are using a shared IP and that one of the other sites sharing your IP is the one responsible for the spamming. Good luck,

Godaddy Are idiots for doing that, THats the only reason I dont like about these big buisness
Once they get so big, they think, Fuck it, we are the boss, just delete it without warning.

But if u choose a small company, there is a risk they will steal ur whole site...

First make sure you are truly innocent and read their TOS regarding site spams. I don't know what the law holds about this, but you may want to read some other stories.

I can see your site and its very much working. Where exactly the problem is?

And how you know that gd suspended your domain? Did you get any mail from them? If yes, then what reason they provided?
