Some views have been delivered, however views are currently at around 220 with the actual counted views on the main youtube screen still being 71 (What is was yesterday). Now obviously I am not going to judge this service yet, as people are having major problems with legitimate views too.... So lets see what happens. OP, please PM me details of exactly how many views have been delivered thus far.

I did not get my views either but he did give me a refund. I found another company to do it for a lot more, but it was done quick! I think he is banned but you should be able to email him through here and get your money back.
