    my account is disabled today 25/3

    can i get payment for February month ???

    consider that i saw payment issued in 13 February

    can i get that payment ???

    No, you can't get the payment now.
    Google will put all the stops on payments after a person's account is disabled.

    Really sorry.
    You can not claim money for previous periods.
    When the account disable you can not log in to and use any service of Adsense.

    yes you can request to close the account and let them pay the money, they will adjust for bad clicks and automated clicks and give you the money. problem is in getting their support staff to respond.

    for invalid clicks, google will not give you even a single penny
    if any other issues, you may get
    actualy one of my friend got money even after disabling the account
