Loads of my sites gone missing from google

I have a network of over 100 sites and a massive amount of them are not showing up in any google searches.

I used to have several sites on the first page of results for certain keywords but they have all completely disappeared with only one or two remaining.

Each site is generally unique, isn’t particularly Spammy and doesn’t have a great deal of outgoing links.

    Any idea what’s going on?

Are these sites linking to eachother? Could be an issue, especially if they are hosted on the same server.

Hey, To the OP, All I can suggest is, After a short wait, If there not back in the Serps, You should add content on the homepage of each one.

It sucks I know, But I cant think of what else you can do.
Worked for me, But I only had 1 site...

If the sites are still in the index then maybe they are penalized. There could be dozen reasons for that. Based on current information It 's too hard for me to give you blind guess advice for the specific reason.

wait for at least 30 days. Some pages is unindexed for some reason, but it will be back if you really not banned from that SE.

Even if they do have separate IPs ( I reckon u wanted to mean "C" class IPs) - Google is now sophisticated enough to deal with networks like you set-up.

Change the whole network of you sites - ASK for reconsideration - and I believe they will be back -
not at previous positions due to loss of links --
but with hard work like adding high quality contents regularly - you could build good links and get back to your glorious self.

Google is always thinking ahead of webmasters - so the best way is not to try it by "C" class IP tricks anymore.:(
Google has unfortunately become smart enought to read into these simple tricks.

You might have not been in the same spot - if you had all the domains on same ID/same IPs - coz -- Google knows exactly when to Fkag Off and Flagg On.

There r so many misconceptions/myths going on in the SEO world which have been created by 'so-called SEO GURUS' and not Google,Yahoo, MSN or Ask.

    If u blindly follow them - u -r doomed
    If u-don't follow them - u -r doomed

You must find the best way that suits your business model.:)
    Cheers

This can be the case if google has become smarter...but I still feel, there have been many instances in the very recent past, of websites loosing serps suddenly, only to gain it back after couple of days.

Hence....it would be worth while for you to wait for few days, to draw a definite conclusion....

there are still ways to trick the algorithms, but it's a bit more complex and sophisticated than that.

When I first started my network a couple of years ago I had pages linking to each other randomly and it seemed to help new sites, never thought too much about it since. Now my network is over 100 sites google obviously thought this was a link farm and pulled the plug. I was definitely not trying to trick google or do any black hat SEO, it was naivety on my part if anything.

I read through their TOS and it looks like this is what’s happened. I have removed all inter-site links and will use google webmaster tools to have each site reconsidered.

Strange thing is I have google adsense on each of my sites and my earnings have gone up since all my sites were removed from googles search listings.

This is very normal for a site or network of sites to disappear for a few days. I think that G is recalculating all statistics for them and while that happens, many individual factors get reset to zero. Again, that is my opinion, not fact.

Within 3 or 4 days, they will be back and probably in slightly better position.

If your site is linking in each other so please remove these all links and try to place there fresh content.
and try to do some seo on your site on page is a must for seo and than do off page.
so that's way you getting some ranking on google and other search engines.
and choose also good keywords for getting good traffic on your site.

Well, I am going through the exact same crisis. I had first page rankings for some good keywords, and now I find myself on 9th or 10th page for most of them. I did no changes in these pages to deserve a penalty, and webmaster gives me no info on why they were pushed back.

they must be not updating frquently. Because 100sites are too much. You should sell some of the sites.
