Depend on what you mean when say terrorised country just look at the current financial situation and think which countries control the rules.
It depends on time, that what country is being compelled to defend itself. As India always attacks hidden and Pakistan have to defend, and this defence is called terrorism... the most terrorism creator countries on top are India Israel America
Well You can see youself now days Pakistan have so many attackes. Firts on india and its proved there is pakistan behind it. Second on shrilnkan cricket players in pakistan.
This thread should really belong in the Politics & Religion Section as the author has asked a question about ..... terrorism which is NOT related to Entertainment in any way or form. Answering the OP's answer, a simple answer can be: any of the countries across the globe. Each country does certain things/tasks which its population do not know about ...... So instead of concentrating about the negative of any country why dont you concentrate on the positive for a change ? ....
