upgrade to LCD or get another CRT?

So my good old Samsung 17 inch CRT monitor is starting to die, it turns pink most of the time I use it now. So my quesition is, should I upgrade to an LCD or just buy another CRT? On top of designing websites I also do a lot of gaming so considering these facts I was perfectly happy with my samsung until it started acting up. I don't want to spend more than $200 on whatever I get. Who here has made the swtich, do you like the new LCD??

 

LCD all the way. Sometime Samsung's 19" LCD sell below 200

however if you do graphic designs you should stick with CRT cause LCD's color is off

if you don't want to wear glasses then switch to lcd as soon as possible

 

i would say LCD aswell. do you really want to carry a heavy plastic box with a large magnet in it around?? =D
