I have seen a lot of people claiming this on the webmaster forums. Can anyone actually tell me if this is really possible? If so, can someone post some example sites or tips on ad formats, colors and placements? Thanks.
Its not site or adformats that give you $1/click its the keywords that you use in your website content that pays you $1/Click keywords like VOIP, Credit card, Lawyer,Web hosting, etc. pays you good money.. keywords related to pharmacy and medicines pays well too Thanx
Yup... keyword is the main issue here... there is no specifically high rating keyword in the net. You should try any keyword related to your website.
You might possibly average $1 per click (although doubtful for all but a very few niches) I think it would not be possible to average $1 per visitor. Even if 20% of visitors click on an ad you will need $5 per click to make an average of $1 per visitor. Even with my lowly visitor numbers I'd get rich at $1 per visitor.
Also, the CPC can vary enormously. I've had $2 for a click one day and 5 cents a click from the same page the next day.
I have a site that averages >$1 a click it gets very little traffic may be 2-3 search engine visitors a day but for example in JUNE the site generated 66 clicks for $95.xx so it is possible to average more than $1 per click on a specific site in a specific niche.
i guess most important is how may visitors you get per day as i get 10-15 clicks per day and are really expensive nut only get $0.5 to $1 ,as i have less visitors
I think you try to increase visitors n CTR .. that will automatically increase your Earnings... no need to choose high paying keywords as they are really competitive
I have a humor site with 3000 visitors a day that has about 5% click thru and getse about 10 cents a click. I have a couple of other very targeted niche sites that get less than 100 visitors a day, with 30% click thru, and between 50 cents and $1 per click. I make more on those. But really, the best advice I've heard is make sites and pages about what you are interested in, and whatever pages you make, make the content useful. That's best for the surfer, and over time that will become consistently best for good search engine placement.
Hello Seoindiaweb "Web hosting" do these keywords - web, hosting , pay $1.00 a click in google adsense? is this correct? (i donot know and just wanting to re-confirm it) Respectfully David Jackson
very practical remark by cafinater, but as we all know the more visitors we have the more money you make even if 0.5 cents
keyword relating to webhsting pays high but your sitr have to be fully concentrated on web hosting and you should have good articles related to that keyword and also good visitors.
