.in domains

I've just found a really catchy .in domain that is really cheap. Is there anything wrong with .in domains? Can I still make it rank like a .com?

I went ahead and registered the domain www.woop.in

anyway, lets see what I can do with this one!

 

Buddy , .in are very good domain names , well its the content which is important not domains.
So , I think you got a good deal.

 

the domain would be considered an Indian domain and would do better in google.co.in than google.com.

it doesn't mean you can't get it to rank well in google.com.....it all depends on your SEO skills....

.in domains are good. It's just that there are so many good keyword based domains available cos it is not quite appealing in the www.

 

content is more important than anything
work with your content for good results

 

.in domains are Indian extension some times it shows propagation error but overall it is ok. How much you paid for this domain, now the .in domain promotion is going on here.

 

I paid $5.99 for my .in from name.com, pretty good deal really.

I have never seen these domain names were very cheap for the registration.
But this domain name extension is very popular. I agree.

 

you can register .in for 5.99$ in name.com and around 4$ in resellerclub , mitsu

btw dont blindly go and reg random cvcv.ins they are risky

yeah its another domain ext like .com

it for india tld but no restrictions are there to register .in

 

I don't seem to find any reason that why you will not get rankings for non .com domains.
