How i can transfer my domain?

I have domain from godaddy. I want to transfer it with my 5 year expire time period. means i have registered domain for five year. so, how i can transfer it? If not Is it possible to transfer from one godaddy account to other free of charge? Please give me help...

 

The transfer is free, but the new registrar will require that you pay for an additional year.

If you want to keep the domain at godaddy, you need to do a "push" to another account. There is no charge for that, only the the extra year when you transfer out of Godaddy to the new registrar.

 

BTW, just curious to know that you want to transfer away the domain?

 

Just ask gaining registrar to add all remaining time for a domain (5 years in your case)

 

if you want to transfer your domain to another godaddy account then you need to push the domain.

if you want to transfer the domain to other registrar, then you need to pay for 1 year. And the 1 more year will be added to the current expiration date of the domain. That means if your domain is expiring after 5 years and after the transfer, it will be after 6 years.

 

Thanks guy...I asked this because I have bought one premium domain name, and registered it for five year, but now i want to sell it,so.... But before posting it on buy sell trade, that's good idea to know about it.
