It doesn't matter if your site ranks first on MSN. What matters is Google.

MSN not bring much traffic. As known that MSN + Live only have about 5% user compare to google which is 63%. By the way, your keyword is not popular keyword, the search volume is very less

Well, msn drives some traffic if your on first two places (tested)
But only if your keyword is damn competitive, not like yours mate
If you were 1st for web design keyword, that would be a good job

Even if it is number one on the search people might not be searching the exact phrase and if they do they might not find your site useful.

I can say I do most of my searches on Yahoo, then Google only, in that order. I try to avoid feeding the google juggernaut as much as possible.

They don't call Goog/Yhoo/MSN 'The Big Three' for nothin'. It's worth every effort to get BALANCED traffic from all of them. To think Google is the be-all end-all is to leave money laying on the table - and a table with only one leg at that.

i think ur keyword is not that searchable, 1st your 3rd keyword is a specific place. 2nd google is much popular than msn. :)

I agree with Jim4767 that your keyword is not competitive enough. It wouldn't be much of a difference if you ranked top for the same keyword.

Look from the way people search. "web design eastbourne"? Who is really searching for this? Nobody does. If you would be first on the keyword phrase "web design", I would understand your asking why is there no traffic.

For your specified keyword people need to know the name of your company (eastbourne is the name I guess).
