I don't know whats wrong with adsense, but compare to my other month earnings, it just lowered out up to 50%. Considering my blogs have increase their traffic by about 30%. Hmm,any can share their thoughts.
Yeah, I'm also experiencing this kind of earning issue. My normal adsense earning becomes low in spite of having high traffic, anyway, I hope it would be back to normal.
It is hard to reason out such huge drop in revenue.....especially if your click to traffic ratio is still the same... Perhaps, the advertisers have tightened their purse strings or big G is trying to maintain its own bottom line! Regards, RightMan
I agree with Tonsblogger. same situation as me. My traffic has been up but the earnings have been way down for me
As the economy going through tougher times, the adwords people have started tightening their seat belt. The earnings may show fluctuation on a weekly basis but analyze the trend over a longer period to come to a meaningful conclusion about the reasons for decreased earnings.
The current US crisis may be part of publishers' down trend earnings. Why won't it be a factor, every company (some who put ads in Google), feels the impact of the crisis.
there's been some talk that google are ...er... 'shaving' their systems in order to maintain their profits. Who pays? You. Don't know whether its true or not but considering there's no independent 3rd party audit of their adsense policies, who knows.
I think no matter what crisis happen in adsense I think that what make not publisher surrender to put there strength to build quality traffic,I think it just a matter of time until adsense return to the place just wait
Thank Christ the Aussie dollar dropped compared to the U.S dollar - means a 30% increase in earnings when compared to six months ago .... thanks to U.S to Aussie dollars. Maybe you were smart priced ? I used to experience the same - months ago .... lower CTR and it equaled more per click - a high CTR and the CPC went down .... what can you do ? Just quit or ride it out .... or find a new source of revenue.
Thanks for your inputs guys, but something really wrong since the last PR update and when google issue a changed in users preferred or targeted ads, --should it be opted out? Hows the income for those who opted it out? And for those who don't?
