Hi, I want to develop many links for my new website on making money.

Please provide me a list of Dofollow blogs on making money, so that I can post comments on it with my website url.

Please also let me know any FREE Software which can work for it.

FastBlog finder has a free version, you might want to try that. Apart from this you can search for dofollow blogs on google and get a lot of directories and lists.

 

Don't just comment with your URL... make them genuine or else all of them will be deleted, especially if you use keywords about making money online. They're essentially your competition - the real link juice will be on complimentary sites

Try looking up sites about paid surveys and things like that instead

I have already tried it. Free version shows only the 50 blogs.
I need more like 200-300, can u suggest me any other software too.

Are you only targeting blogs? You should go for link diversity and get as many do-follow social bookmarking sites are possible also...
