I have been finding more work lately. It seems more people are coming to freelancers for cheaper design work than going to big companies.
I have a small software company in Istanbul/Turkey. The crises directly affected the cash flow. We cannot collect our receivables from our customers. Nobody have money. They promise to give later. All the software market here works for "words" not for "money"
This is a good thread though I wish people would state if they sell things/generate income from things that are digital like information/ad revenue or if they sell hard tangible goods like cameras and clothing. Quite a difference in this economy, I think...
Yes, on top of it, the household bills have gone up, only plus side is the supermarkets seem to be doing their bit genuinely to allow us to eat without needing to take out a bank loan for it. I also live in a very expensive country so its quite serious.
you maybe right though looks like that both tangible and intangible sectors got hit without mercy even locally and externally (non local target client). Wish more feedback from those intangible online business admin.
