This site is making use of adsense yet it allows for people to download MP3 from Youtube videos. flv2mp3.com Firstly site owner should not be held responsible for what people download since they have a disclaimer but can they put adsense on that site? Does it not violate Google's ToS? This site has even been approved by tribal fusions, so I am guessing they think its an ok site? What do you guys think?
My guess is that it is allowed. The owner does not provide the service specifically to convert anything from youtube, the service was convert a flv video to a mp3. The mistake of that site is that it doesn't have proper TOS which is required by Adsense. A script that obviously can't use adsense on it is like this script >> musicxposure.com ( I personally asked Adsense and one of them replied that i can't use Adsense on this kind of site)
Its allowed as long as the file is hosted in other sites. What I do believe is prohibited is to provide likes to warez or torrent because it is considered adware/ malware sites.
