I didn't look at the old site because I don't think that's relevant. All that matters is the new one. I like the design but I think you should have a photo above the fold (maybe spanned to right hand side of the text) showing a selection of frames. I think this would instantly show visitors what you sell.
the new design is excellent. i think you can work on your menua nd the main content a bit. its not that smart as your banner. jsut try to make the titles bold, preferably with diff colors ( use the green and black . the green you sued in in the banner ).. all the best... concept is great!!

Both sites loads fast . The new design is of course more attractive and professional than the first original one in menus and layout .
Looks great. I think this will definately capture your visitors interest. Looks professional as well.
your new design is excellent! in comparision to the old one the new one is like day and night =) the old was a way to distracting, the new one is just perfect. One thing, I think the contact page is to long, you should put a "size of shoe" field inside .. no just kidding.. but its a way to much info you want of the visitor I think. also the filed "E- mail ID:" - what is this? put the "ID" away. I also would align the Labels and fileds to "baseline" or "top" now it looks a little bit displaced. BTW, the "Frames" links on the top are not working. I would put a "a:visited" color to black for the menu. The big header on the top with "over 100 styles to choose from" is good for the start or landing page but it should be hidden or replaced with a smaller one on the product pages. Maybe add a smaller one with a nice home and a framed picture in it.. so the visitor can think, wow, it looks nice, I want to have the same in my home... ok, just some ideas have a nice day...
Thanks romeeo for the feedback. I will make the changes on the Contact Us page and the website isn't fully finished yet hence some links might be broken Anyone used it on IE? Is the top "Contact Us" button on a separate line? I am not at home atm so I can't test it. I tested it on FF but at college on IE it seems the Contact Us button is on a separate link :S Thanks
Nice frame designs, I like it. I think everything in your site are quite good, but the logo is missing..
