Well, I didn't not said that I am giving the SERP in hire. I said SEO service not SERP for hire. And when will you know that everything is possible in virtual world. Even '0' exists in this world. And getting right position with some work is not impossible.
Your problem is that the monthly search has nothing to do with the ranking, more important are how many sites there are and what the cpc is.
Well, I think I already cleared that I am giving this service at very low rate for some itrader and reputation. And I think quoting through monthly search volume will be profit for buyer than competitors. For example, I have a website and when I search for the keyword that is in my domain name then it shows 12 million competitors. If I charge on the basis of those competitors then they need to pay pay more than $2000 on floor price also but this keyword is searched around 300 only per month and I get approx 400+ visitors per month from this keyword. so, I think I am fair here for quoting the service with monthly search volume. And I don't think I said anywhere in the thread that monthly search volume is used for ranking. I know it is related to know only how many times such keywords are searched? and to select the perfect niche which is going to brong more profit.

Some guys said me that they were not in the positions mentioned as I listed them according to US data centre of Google. I don't understand, what are you using as a gauge for the seo offer, monthly searches or number of competitors? or what. Some keywords may have less than 5000 searches but over 50 million competition? some may have less than 1 million. I don't mean to question your methods but my point is how can you guarantee against monthly searches, its not a good barometer.
Yes, I know that this is not a good barometer but I did this for some reputation in the forum. And another thing I got from my experiment is that, although competitor are high for less searched keywords but also it will be easy to optimize because most of the competitors are just indexed because they have keyword in their contect but they do not optimize for same keyword and they do not have enough related content in their website so, I didn't found it to be hard to optimize for such keywords and found it to be nice barometer. And please look above, I have already given an example for such case. And also instead of giving service looking at competitors, I found it to be more profitable for buyers.
