I have a long established CJ account. Started with it back in 1998 or so. After they dropped their CPM I stopped working with them so my account has been on hold from my side. Now I'm thinking to renew cooperation. CHecked my accoputn it is still alive. Is it worth now to work with CJ?

Many peoples are earning good money through CJ. If you think you can earn good money using CJ, then it is worth joining.

I am pondering between ClickBank and CJ at the moment. I can see some potential to increase my revenue through affiliate programs but not sure how exactly to go about it.

I would personally never prefer clickbank as receiving payments from the advertisers is very very doubtful. I have lost about $200 when I started doing this. Though the amount is small, it is worth not losing it.

On the contrary cj is much much safer than clickbank.

But clickbank is so much easier to use... I just started with CJ and it took me a couple of hours to get familiar with the account manager ;)

I've done pretty good with CJ, however I haven't really tried other similar websites, so I couldn't compare for you.

Fun things I learned after I joined clickbank...
"A $2.50 accounting fee is deducted from each check we issue."
"Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. In each pay period a $1 charge applies to accounts dormant for 90 days, and a $10 charge applies to accounts dormant for 365 days."
"You may close your account at any time. Any closing balance under $10 will be forfeited."

    finally:
I've made a sale, why haven't I received a check? "To ensure compliance with US law(???????), ClickBank will withhold payment of any account balance until it contains purchases by customers located in four or more distinct countries, states, or provinces."

I have been a CJ member for quite some time now. I have only started to really focus on CJ Affiliates on one of my sites now. So far the early results have been not that bad.

I have used both CJ and CB for over five years and never had any problems with either. Revenue/month is non-trivial from both.

CB affiliate's payouts far exceed those of CJ's due to the fact that most of their products are digital and delivered online.

Have you received the CB cheques properly? I've never received a cheque which I was supposed to get from them. That's why I had to stop doing CB.

CJ is my only and favorite affiliate network. They pay real cheque to you on time.

Sorry, but this does not mean much. You might have been bidding on wrong keywords, or your site attracts visitors that are not interested in the product you adverise, etc.

Yep! It could probably mis-targetting. I also have the same experience of using an affiliate program where I get 10k impressions a day but none of them converting.

Where as if I go with PPC combined with the right KW, it brings some better conversions (though no profits yet)

Resume, as far as I understand comments - it is better not to deal with CJ. Am I correct?

would have to agree with this from what I have heard...

CJ pays you at the end of the day. Clickbank is a tossup.
