    Price Range *70-90* USD ($)

    I'm sorry but your price range is very unrealistic, you will NOT recieve something for that price with the specs you are wanting.

    Double your budget and you might be able to get one at FDCServers.net

    No i wanted some other companies similar to them . Since i dont know how trustable is that company i am not registering with them .

    Your budget is WAY to low for what you are looking for. With that you can probably get a P4 with 2000 gb bandwidth.

    You've been at the forum for quite a time according to the number of your posts here, so not a noob in the hosting industry.
    The amount of traffic you are after
    means you need at least 50 Mbit. The cheapest bandwidth provider say Cogent will sell you 50 Mbit at $5.00 at the cheapest and only on condition that you get more than 1 Gyg. So as you see the traffic alone will cost you $250.00, you may find it a little bit cheaper if a host uses peering.
    Then come hardware and electricity costs, so the minimal pricing for your config is about $400.00.
    Just try to be realistic, if you really need 50 Mbit, then be ready to pay, if not go for less amount at a cheaper price.
    Keep in mind that hardware used by a host may be either brand-new or refurbished, it's also part of the price.
