    Evidently you don't even understand what I'm writing. Copyright law exists irrespective of the DMCA - ever hear of the Berne Convention?

    I think what bothers me and probably a number of other people is that you evidently don't care about the property of others. I'm sure that digitalpoint would be thrilled to know that anyone can clone their site, design, and software and you don't respect that property owned by others. What's bothering me is that the rights of one of my clients is being violated and I'm reading here that you knowingly permit warez and nulled scripts. I'm sure the other members who sell their scripts here are thrilled.

    what has people got against underhost ... it has quality hosting and yes they maybe do ignore dmca complaints but so do half of the offshore hosts here ....

    Guys - I GOT AN INFRACTION for "BUMPING" this thread!!!! I can't even explain this. It also makes me wonder - why are the law abiding citizens being punished by Digitalpoint staff who seem to be protecting a warez host?

    FYI - Here's a link to Canadian Copyright Law and it applies to you.

    So what do we do when our own scripts are being sold here on DP and KNOWINGLY put up on this guy's server without a license? Has DP become yet another site supporting warez? The problem I'm having specifically is that his site uses the same custom design as my client and, in the other thread, he can't substantiate ownership. Given his total disregard for copyright law, I think it's pretty clear what is happening here. And why DP supports this is beyond me.
