This theme is common and looks 0k to me but your blog is lacking few things listed below: 1) Professional logo/header 2)Content is good but it needs to be more descriptive and few posts are copied too so try to change their wordings atleast even if you are copying it. 3)Place your ads at different places and 4)Try some different colours for your blog's theme. Nice blog and the layout looks pleasant for me. I think the title looks too large than the content, try to decrease its size.
I think, You need to get a well designed header or a logo. And yes Im not that much impressed with your ad placements, may be changing them could be good for higher CTR. Good luck with your blog mate.
yay i actualy like your header even though it is text-based. the colours make up for the lack of graphics.

Well the best to put your ads if between posts like place it between post 1 and 2 and then 3 and 4 ... One at top of the first post and one between categories and tag clouds but place categorize and tag clouds somewhere at the top right corner..
