SHAME ON THEM! After 2 months they still did not give any reason for the reversal. On their suggestion i contacted the bank etc and when i didn't find anything wrong there then i emailed back to Paypal twice to tell me the exact details of the problem and LOOK, they've found a solution - and that is TO STOP REPLYING MY REVERSAL EMAILS! The reason is simple, it was a problem from their end and they blame them on the bank and take off huge $$$ from our account without any explanation. BANK REPORTED A PROBLEM BANK REPORTED A PROBLEM BANK REPORTED A PROBLEM Cmon , if bank reported it then what did they report. Is it not our right to ask? This is clear GundaGardi!
Paypal is known for their reputation when it comes to customer handling. You spot a problem and report it to them and they will never reply back. Not to mention, they are knowingly supporting scammers to conduct frauds. I was a victim and I told them to stop the payment of $675. They told me that they have stopped the payment and later they denied that. It clearly indicates that they known the inside story and the fact but they still support it. They are simply dominating the market but no sooner a competitor will arise who will give paypal a tough competition and paypal will cease to exist. This is what my predictions say. Just look out for the things to initiate.
Yeah i thought so. My mic is not working, cant call them through skype now until i get a new one. And i'm not going to call them through my cellphone as i know it is gonna to be just waste of 15 min hold time, 15 min of normal talk and 30 min of international callin bill because they are not gonna to accept their mistake anyway and keep repeating "your bank reported a problem and we can't give more info".
Yeah, they need strong competitors.Only that way they will learn to respect one s hard earned money.....instead of ripping $$$ off without any reason.
I haven't yet faced this problem.I think you should contact paypal for this reason and you will get solve your problem.
public sector banks suck in india. there is just no customer support and they have overloaded clients. It is not worth the hassle. Just deposit Rs.10k and open an account with hdfc, icici or axis. If not you have to worry all the time and wait and wait until pp money reaches account. I can tell you everyday checking the account to see pp money have come or not will be the most frustrating experience.
