You aren't terminating them, but you're certainly breaking them.
I recommend removing that label entirely or replacing it with 'Sponsored Links'.

I agree with CountryBoy, i dont know why people take these risks.

One of the most sensible things an adsense publisher can ever do is read through googles rules, they dont hide the rules from us, they clearly state what your allowed to do.

Read their terms regularly, to remind yourself, when you launch a new site reread them, just to be sure.

The only labels you can use are "Sponsored Links" or "Sponsors".
    Nothing else.

You cant use these labels at any cost "useful links", "helpful links", "visit us", if posters post some pictures then it does not matter. but be careful while putting labels... you are allowed to use "sponsored links" or "advertisement" labels

I afraid you're breaking. No problem with the picture but the label. Why you’re using several Google logos? That doesn’t look good, even you’ve no right to use their logo. Follow what CountryBoy and Jesi suggested.

Its looks cool. But why use it only a banner? You can use upto 3 banner in each page & it certainly will increase revenue.

Don't draw any attention to your ads, dude. In fact, remove the "sponsored links" from there as well. Just let people guess what it is. :p

You only have one thread on the whole forum (and only four members), why are you worrying about ads at this point? Just curious. :)
