Hi everyone! I am thinking about restructuring my company. It used to be a travel agency but now we are a tour operator who organizes tours in Vietnam and Cambodia. I really need your advice on the structure of my company. I am thinking about 5 departments: Managing Dept; Marketing Dept; Sales Dept; Customer Care Service Dept and Accounting Dept. Do you think that these departments are enough for a tour operator? Is there anyone here working for a tour operator or know any structure?
