Google can be killed, only if google do somthing stupid itself with some new product launch or somthing, else competitors will come and die. King remains on the top always.
I disagree cause look at the large American telephone companies. Haven't some of them died and merged off? Once AT&T was king.
as for the time being, google is really doing well. Some other search engine might kill google in 10 years but not now...google is not just a search engine anymore. It has Google Mail, Adsense, Adwords, Maps and so much more/
I thought the answer was presenting itself. What will beat Google's importance? Something more important! There's no such thing as Google remainging on top for ever. I have no idea how anyone even thinks this is possible - Microsoft thought it -they fell. Amazon thought it -they fell. Rome thought it - it fell. Google will fall to. Its just a matter of time.
I totally agree with usmanzali's comment. Google is very vast and it's become a necessity of many people's life.
A very big fire in the google core server housing unit (wherever that might be XD). Like a 10 alarm fire.... or possibly an underdog search engine....(*starts coding...*) seriously, I don't think anything at this point can topple Google. It's unfathomable. lol
Twitter has the potential if they play their cards right. They already have a sort of a "search engine," but they need to roll out a full blown search engine. Hopefully somebody steps up soon because I'm sick of Google's s***.
Amazon fell? Is that a joke? Amazon's revenue has been increasing every single year for quite a while now, not to mention the fact that last quarter was one of their best quarters ever, while they dominated the holiday shopping season. Not many retailers can say that in this economy.
if someone can come up with a search engine tat gives better results them google and makes it all over the www and on the news!! bla bla u get the point, but still google is now stuck in out head we can't forget it It is part of our everday life.
No Search Engine can kill Google. If you want it murdered then stop using it. If all internet user stop using it for 2days some other Search Engine will be no 1. See its that easy to kill Google. But remember we are too addicted to it. We cannot stop using it.
