How to make a paypal dispute?

    Hi!
    Would anybody here please make me understand how to make a paypal dispute. Actually a month before i was scammed by a DP member. I purchased him articles and pay for it but i didnt get them yet. So I want my money back. Is this possible now? If yes than how??

    Its simple. Just login to your paypal account and there you have the option to open a dispute.

    Click on details link for which transaction you want to open dispute and then at the bottom of that transaction click link to 'Resolution Center'. Then go to step by step instruction given there.

    How long does it last?You can go to PayPal's Resolution Center to open a dispute within 45 days of payment.

    I am thinking to open a dispute on some person so this information will be useful for me as this is the first time needed to open a dispute!

    You have only 45 days to open a dispute .
    Pls move fast now . It is 15 days left .
    General speaking, you will get refund if you can offer evidence to paypal .
    (I get refund from skype several days ago when I open a dispute in time.)

    I have made a paypal dispute, but how can i give evidence to paypal that i have been scammed by this person. Actually I paid for these articles which I haven't received yet.
