Don't worry as it seems like legit mail from MB because i got the same mail yesterday from them so go and tryout yourself. Just remember to login to your MB account through opening new browser window instead of any link provided in any email. DON.

I agree you should not click the link at the email and if this is good news I think another company also have a "free transfer marketing strategy and this is until the end 2009"the company name is perfectmoney and I think you need to look at first on the site to get the "clear information concerning this"
Even i have a moneybookers account but the mail is not sent to my account mail id, is this mail to bo viewed only in moneybookers account login or it is in mail inbox

I didn't receive this mail. However I noticed, these days MoneyBookers are trying to attract new customers by giving attractive offers. Earlier they offered a free withdrawal to bank accounts.
