[Method] Finding Backlinks = higher Serps and traffic

Discussion in 'General Marketing' started by Lalamaple, Mar 18, 2009.

Alright guys, here's my first share here on DP. My method is very easy, and anyone can do this.

Disclaimer : It does take work!!!! Don't be lazy, and you will get tons of sales to your website.

A good website will always have good amounts of backlinks. My estimate of backlink count and traffic for the lazy marketer will be 8000 backlinks for 300-400 uniques per day. This is my experience from one website that gets nothing but backlink traffic.

    Difference between dofollow and nofollow:
dofollow counts as a backlink in search engines, and nofollow does not.

Go to www.backlinkcheck.com and check out your website's backlinks. This will give you an idea of some of the things you need to work on =]

    1) Find your backlinks

Here's a good website that you can use to get dofollow blogs from :

    http://www.inlineseo.com/dofollowdiver/
    Code (markup):
Use this website to find blogs within your niche category (i.e. search "health" and comment on those blogs with a backlink to your health blog/website)

To give you guys an idea, here is a list of websites where you can place a dofollow link.

Um... equating links to traffic will never work. There are so many other variables out there

Depending on where you get your backlinks from, if they are highly targeted resources like the ones I mentioned above, it can equate to that amount of traffic.

The backlinks alone don't equate to the traffic, but the SEO and the leveraged SERP from these backlinks will.

Most of the traffic I get from my websites are from SERPs, and also from the amount of backlinks I have received. This may not be the case for some, but for certain niches it can.

I don't get what it matters what the PR of the forums are, as where your link shows up doesn't have that PR and more than likely has a rating of N/A.

    EG. -
    Home Page = Pagerank 7
Home Page > Subforum > Topic (where your link will be) = Pagerank N/A

Am I right in thinking this?

The higher the PR of the website, the more google will love yours if it's been followed through the root website.

Wouldn't matter if the subforums have a PR of 0. The root website has the PR of 7, and google will take this into account.

Let's take weebly or 50webs for example ... your website will show up as $xx,xxx on website outlook because of the value of the root url.

    This goes same for backlinks.

If you want to increase the chances of google's spider crawling your site, posting a backlink at a root site with HIGH PR definitely helps.

Take EzineArticles.com for example, your article gets index really fast.

Ezine is actually a double edged sword if you think about it. You can post a quality article, with your link and get that backlink + get quality targeted traffic to your site. It will help increase your online profits with the more articles that you have on ezine.

what he's pointing out is that you can get 300 - 400 uvs from ONE backlink, if it's in the right place. Hell, you can get enough to crash your server if that one single backlink *is in the right place*

Like the yahoo front page, for example.

I doubt the mods would have any problems with you posting 'blackhat' methods here - check out the BTS forum and see how many of those claim to be black hat. It's also the place you should be posting if you intend to try and sell your scripts.

Article submission website is a joke , Google will think your duplicating content and penalize both ends. At least that's what I've heard from a few friends who've used it
