In that case, why we should consider that ****** is better than 123456 ?

    Why call it worse?
It is the users choice to decide what his password should be.

It is the worst because it is the most common.

If I were to try and guess the password of somebody's account, that would be the first thing to try.

Wow I read this and though "I am one of those idiots lol". Actually I usually use 123456 for passwords to things I will only use once or hardly ever, just because I know that I can remember 123456 if I ever need that password. And its never anything important, so I do not worry.

Actually, it is the fact many people use such simple passwords .
As I know even someone use these passwords as bank acc passwords . lol

For me, I use software to generate random/complex passwords and store my account information .
Good luck to your guys .

Hah! I know someone who uses those kinds of passwords, along with 24681012, 13579, etc.

Me, i like being secure. I use passwords that are around 25 characters. Random letters, numbers, and symbols, even some uppercase letters.

I can actually understand why this is chosen. It seems like a person has to have a username and password for everything now-a-days. I actually keep a note book to keep up with all my usernames and passwords.

It is worst because it is easily predictable and more chances for your account to get hacked!

How about password generator? I know it gives a very strong combination of password but at the same time it becomes difficult to remember.

I use a built in cPanel password generator for MySQL, FTP etc. For others a combination of alphanumeric characters.

I have been using alpha numeric pass since a long time and they vary so much that I actually keep a diary which lists them!

It is tough for my little mind to remember all of them!
