    I have just purchased one year of hosting, a couple of weeks later this appears out of the blue with no explanation.

    been 5 1/2 years - working with some top hosting company and then open my own hosting company Feb, 2008 (hostexhosting.com - now thepeakhost.com/thepeakhost.net) with friends.

    It may have been Paypal's fault that the subscription stopped, but it is YOUR fault that my hosting account has not been restored after FOUR DAYS.

    Hi,

    I just singed up and paid too but my status still showing that invoice is due.
    I also tried to change DNS of my domain to
    ns2.thepeakhost.com
    ns1.thepeakhost.com
    but dynadot said its invalid DNS.

    Please help me as soon as possible.

    Good luck mate. My hosting was up for a few days and went down ages ago.
    I've tried to contact the guy via this thread, PM, support ticket and email. The only response I've had was to blame Paypal.
    On monday if this hasn't been sorted I'm going to recover my money from Paypal. I suggest you consider the same.

    website in moment down by hosting provider with reason: too much cpu used (50%).
    Actually i don't think so, because i often check it.
    Anyways, how does your shared, do you allow for:
    - File warez storing: But limited for VIP download only, so dont use too much resources
    - php.ini custom ?
    - safe_mode i need turn off.
    - SSH
    - in this time, do you have any more coupon code ? I'm luking for: RES I or SHARED II

    Also, if you are on our offshore server, this nameserver:
    WILL not work. Please read carefully the welcome email.

    @Hade - You are on our onshore server, being on our onshore server, it is no guarantee that we will not suspend your hosting account if we got DMCA complain. We already ask you nicely to remove the file ownership issue before we suspend your hosting account. Once you remove the file ownership issue, please submit a ticket from your client area.

    Please note that this thread is for our offshore server ONLY!

    I did open a support ticket. I have received no reply.

    Every email I received from your system was completely blank. I stated this when I emailed you as you clearly have a technical issue here. I also asked you to resend those emails.


    I never saw anything about onshore/offshore servers. I don't remember seeing a choice when I signed up.
    I knew nothing about a file ownership issue. Maybe it was in one of those blank emails?

    BTW none of my files are warez/illegal.

    Could be your email provider problem? Most of our clients does not have such issue. We sent out an email from our billing system and from our gmail. So, if you don't receive an email from our billing system, you should receive it from gmail.
    As far as I know, if you order directly from this thread, I don't think you can go to our onshore server.
    Anyway, I am not going to answer you here, submit a support ticket from your client area so we can talk/discuss your current hosting account problem. I was expecting you to submit a support ticket since the last time I reply your post. Have a great day!

    What happen if a user does generate backup on the server? How will you know?

    Oh, btw, you mentioned something in your email that your onshore server will be move to other dc where you will be using VPN to connect to your server in NL. I don't quite follow you. Could you please give me more information about the VPN thingy? You said your new server will be located in USA (Limestone), but you will be using VPN to connect to the server in NL ... care to explain all about it? Not too technical word please. Thanks :)

    I wish there was such a thing as RELIABLE offshore hosting! I've been trying to find good hosting for my tv and movie sites for months now and its all sh*t.

    I currently use 2 DIFFERENT offshore hosts and its horrible. Something like 60% uptime (seriously). My movie site is down EVERY Sunday (when more people are online) and I have an uptime monitor on the site that reported 54% uptime on tuesday and 76% on Wednesday...just crap.

    Anyone have a solution to this continuing problem?
