The only reason why you must have not received any sign ups is because you did not mention the website address. Also, its not easy to promote your website these days. I suggest that you first contact your friends and relatives and ask them to post genuine treads and discussions and then try to drive traffic from search engines. Also, do not waste your money on paid traffic. It won't help you much and you will simply loose your money.

For getting lots of members there at your forum you need to arrange some contests there such as referral contest,higher thread starter contest etc. You can hire few paid posters as well to add good posts there at your forum. Also promote it through avatar purchasing and signature purchasing throughout other forums. DON.

Domain is a way too long + it's a subdomain ( free ) .. Get a top level domain name ( .com ) and hosting - that could be your first step
one simple SEO traffic trick that will help, get a youtube account and post vids to promote your site and make sure to add links on your account page and vid pages plus edit your site url into the vids (there's info around the net and on youtube to do this.)
