    No it's not.

I have dealt with the owner before and he seems a nice enough chap.

file a claim with paypal and get your money back, explain your situation, I'm sure they'll help you out

did they set up multiple subscriptions for one account? or multiple accounts? if its just one then that's not what I'd call very honest unless a rep from the company can come and explain.

    Paypal do not help.
They said I need to work with fraud to get my money.

he is a cheat so, I am not expecting my money.

It is not much -- Just want to warn others so, they don't fall for him

If you know him ask him to refund my money.

If not I will keep posting, until I get my money.
or I will help him understand that steeling money is not the best way to business.

Good luck to you. If you are right they should return the money unless they do not care about their reputation

If Paypal won't help you, I don't know where you are, but most banks will try and recover your money
for you if it was taken illegally. If you moved your funds from a bank account to Paypal, call your bank because they might be able to help you recover your money. Get your Transaction ID's to prove what happened. That's the best way to protect you as well as others from being scammed. A few years ago, a company kept tapping my bank account for repeated funds, even after I canceled their service, and my bank went after them and recovered the funds. Hope that helps you!

Mods please close this thread, he refunded part of the money.

I am OK with that - I have to share the part of the blam for signing up for duplicate subscriptions.

I am not using that hosting any more. -- He looks like a nice guys just made a mistake.
