Serious Issue In Adsense--Please Help

    Hello Everyone,
    I am facing a very serious issue with google adsense. I have been using adsense since last 18 months. In Feb 2008, I applied for a PIN verification, which I never received. Since then I shifted to a new place. And now when I decided to verify my new address(Feb 2009) and withdraw(1st payout ever from adsense), I cannot see a option like apply for a new PIN as given here:

    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=14838

    In the payment history page I do not see the below two statements.

    4.Click the Please enter your PIN link
    5.Click Request a new PIN

    Finding that I have mailed google 20 days back, but with no luck till now. :( And we know that they hardly reply. Please let me know what I can do here and get my money from adsense. Can anyone kindly show screen shot of new PIN request page. Much thanks in advance to all.

    yep, that's what I did. there are alternate methods of verifying your location. They'll tell you :)
