Trying to get top goggle rankings with specific phrases

bump. I can really use the advice. The programmer is working on the site as we speak and I want to make sure the site has what it needs to get good rankings.

Am I wasting time with this? Is this project going to pay dividends or am I better off doing some mass linkbuilding for the main site?

How important is it for the content to be updated? Am I better off adding the content I have slowly like one article a week or do I put all the articles I have at the same time. I have a total of 8-9 articles for the sites. I will slightly change the articles but the keyword density will probably be about the same for all of them... any thoughts?

 

Here is another question guys. The sites are now in development and I am trying to figure out if the links should be follow or nofollow for best results. Once again...these 15 sites will have at least 20-30 links pointing at our main site.. your suggestions will be very appreciated
