where can i find good, free screen capture software?

    I need a screen capture program that can take a picture of the entire window, not just what is visible on the screen. I have done some google searching but have only found some spyware infested software!

    Appreciate the help here

    I just said I tried that ... got infested with spyware
    that looks like screen video recording, i need snapshots
