I need some expert advice on this situation please. Here is my data. Average eCPM : $0.11 Average Page Views : 29K daily CTR : 0.20% After putting in so much time and getting heavy traffic I see my earnings are too low. Averaging 3$ a day. Can someone please give me advise on what can I do to improve it. If someone professional is willing to give me a guaranteed solution, I don't mind consulting fee.
If you site is the one in your sig then you need to improve ad placement. Also I see you have a google ad on top of your image - you need to fix that.

Two back to back ads are not a good idea. If you want to use two different campaigns use one as image ad.
I think you might benefit from infolinks since you have quite a lot of text content. Before you use this. Consider how this will effect your readers. Trust me with your traffic you did well. All you have to do is the easy part...monetize it. Most of us can only dream of such traffic you are getting
3 dollars for 29k impressions is pretty low. Experiment with different ad positions. I have 2 points to say about your ads violation TOS: 1) Google ad directly below image 2) Using guruji and clicksor ad along with adsense. Ads looking like adsesnse are not supposed to be used with adsense. Take care.

That is still decent money that your are getting but its justified with the number of page visits . Replacement can help but then again i am not master of it .
