hi guys i want to start a lead generation sites offering cracked paid games for iphone for free.so please tell me whether google penalyze websites for containing any pirated softwares or for being a warez websites? and also pls tell me whether apple can take any legal action against me... i live in bangladesh btw.....
Google doesn't penalize sites for containing pirated stuff. Its difficult for you to monetize such a site via paid subscriptions as the payment processors may ban you. You can run ads just like mininova, the pirate bay and other pirates do. But i recommend you to promote some legit programs.
apple can tear you a new one in any country that they operate in... apple operates in india btw... i reckon your better off making a landing page talking about cracked game and apps for the iphone and just making it a generic p2p thing better yet do that and run it through one of the clickbank competitors and i'll sign up to promte if your doing decent percentage payouts
