Does warez sites gets penalized by google??

hi guys
can anyone tell me whether google penalyze websites for containing any pirated softwares or for being a warez websites?
and also pls tell me that if i start offering paid games for iphone for free, can apple take any legal action against me.
i live in bangladesh btw.....

 

I have seen lots of warez sites with good rankings. But wou will be banned from Adsense (if you use it)

 

i am guessing warez sites are not too concerned about Mr G as they have alternate methods of traffic generation..
personally if you do not know the answer to your own question you should stay away from such action

 

In terms of getting SERPs they are not penalized unless someone puts a copyright case against them.

 

well i'm not really planning to start a warez site... my plan is to provide cracked iphone games for free which usually needs to pay by itunes... so will a site like this be penayzed? or can anyone take any legal action against me?
