Youtube acting screwy?

    Is Youtube acting wierd lately for anyone else? Sometimes it's not allowing me to view videos because I don't have Javascript enabled on FF, but I do.

    No, it only says that some videos are not allowed for my country ( which makes me angry :D ).

    Well, the fact is that it's not banned in Latvia and I can view a lot of videos ( 95% ) but some of them says that they are not available for my country.
    Maybe there's some targeting option added ( when you add a video and select let's say "Only for USA" ) ?

    That's wierd to use that option. It's wasting Youtube bandwidth not someone elses.
