Not to be mean, but this was a poorly run contest. There was only feedback once and no feedback at all to any of the other designers who entered after on. There was 3 days of nothing and then just the words "winner power2b" but.. congrats power2b. nice logo.
Im not 'attacking' anyone. This is the second only contest that ive felt something was poorly done, but i dont find the actual contest holder himself to be a problem. And ive only attached contest members who take the first pictures they find on google that are copyrighted and use them in their logos; thats called looking out for the contest holder. I respect your opinion but it doesn't serve truth when u use words like "attacking" and "all."
If you consider taking a copyrighted vector image that had a "shutter stock" watermark over it, stealing, then yes. It was pretty much the only and main focus of the entire logo too. But that contest has already ended so it doesn't really matter. The user had been banned, and then came back again on an account of the same name but with ~~ at the ends, ugh. lol Congrats to Power2b
Evidence?! U need evidence to say something agains other members! I see lot of Images in Google wich is not copyrighted...

He didnt even clone stamp out the watermark, and it was low res. he obviously copy and pasted it from the preview. Im not going to get into an arguement about this, the forum banned him, so obviously he would doing wrong. Nice power, i like the green.
Do you realize that all images and illustrations have an automatic copyright upon creation? It doesn't need to have the "c" or be watermarked to be protected.
And as for a matter of proof and lack of originality, you can either just type in "casino" in google image search and for me it was the third image on the first page, or you can go to this site http://www.online-casino.org/usacasinoreview.htm where the image is being used in another website.
