    Hello fellow webmasters,

    How to divert the mind?
    You must have encountered a situation when you couldn't stop thinking about something & you want not to think about it; you want to divert your mind, but you fail.


    when
    --you lost something or somebody
    --you did or said something that you now regret
    --you know about your (worst?) nightmare likely to happen soon
    or you're depressed & you couldn't control on your thoughts running in your mind.

    What you do?
    How do you handle the situation?

    Meditation is the best solution. I know sometimes its very difficult to divert your mind but meditation can help a lot. :)

    I feel the better way to divert the mind when you are in depression is to sleep!
    Still if you can't divert the mind after you wake up then i think the solution is think positive to get out of the mood!
